This policy is incorporated in, and subject to, our Terms of Service and all other agreements We and our Affiliates have with You.

In this Policy:

1 What We Do

PrayCrew provides internet and mobile applications (the "PrayCrew App") that connect people who request prayer ("Requestors") with people of the Christian faith who wish to pray for and encourage them ("Prayer Warriors"). We also refer to Requestors and Prayer Warriors as "Members."

PrayCrew also provides a fee-based subscription service (the "PrayCrew Portal") for Christian churches, ministries, employers and other organizations (collectively, "Ministries") that allows them to (a) establish and coordinate prayer groups for their organizations and (b) receive anonymous and generalized aggregate data about the types of prayer requests being made in their Ministry Communities.

2 The Personal Information We Collect

"Personal Information" means information that is linked or reasonably linkable to You that You enter or disclose in the PrayCrew Services or that You otherwise provide to us.

The ONLY "Personal Information" that We ask for is:

We may also intentionally collect electronic information about You that in some areas may be considered "Personal Information," such as:

Because the PrayCrew App allows You to ask for and receive prayer and related communications, the information You enter in the PrayCrew App, including Personal Information, is shared with other Members You select. There are no controls on the other types of Personal Information that You or others may disclose in the PrayCrew App. PrayCrew Portal does not collect or use Personal Information.

While all Members promise to honor the PrayCrew Honor Code, Confidentiality Promise and Restrictions on Use and other provisions of the Terms of Service, We do not monitor Member communications and We have no ability to control how Members use the information that is shared with them. When You share information with other Members, they may be able to, on a worldwide basis, use, save, record, reproduce, broadcast, transmit, share and display that information. If You do not want others to have that ability, do not share Your information in the Services.

Your decision to share information in PrayCrew is entirely Your responsibility. You must use Your judgment about what information You share and who You share it with. Sharing information in PrayCrew is no different than sharing information in a person to person or group setting except that it is by electronic means. You should not share information that You would not want to become known by others.

In no event should You disclose the following types of information in the Services:

"Personal Information" does not include:

Removing or blocking Cookies can negatively impact Your user experience and may cause some of the Services, including certain features and general functionality, to work incorrectly or no longer be available. Additionally, blocking Cookies may not completely prevent how We share information with third parties such as our advertising partners.

We may collect, use or disclose Your Personal Information for one or more of the following purposes:

We may share Personal Information with:

Service Partners and Suppliers. We only allow Service Partners and Suppliers to access or use Your Personal Information if We are satisfied that they take appropriate measures to protect it.

8 Artificial Intelligence

We may use generative artificial intelligence, machine learning, and similar tools (collectively, "AI") to support the Services and for any lawful purpose. We will give You the option to opt-out of AI Services (a) where appropriate (such as if We use customer service chatbots), or (b) if doing so is required by law. Except for marketing activities, We will not make decisions that may have a significant impact on You based solely on AI automated decision-making unless We give You notice, as appropriate. We will not share Your Personal Information with AI tools outside of our internally controlled electronic environment.

Thus, Personal Information in our, our Service Providers' and/or our Suppliers' systems may be stored, transferred, processed, and/or accessed in, or outside of the United States as permitted by law.

10 Children's Privacy

The Services are not intended for, and We do not market to, persons under the age of 18. If We become aware that We have received any Personal Information from a child under 18 (as opposed to such information provided by a person over the age of 18 in conjunction with the Services), We will make reasonable efforts to delete it in accordance with applicable law.

11 How We Protect Personal Information

We use physical, administrative, technical and organizational measures to protect the information We process against unauthorized access, use or disclosure, and against accidental loss, damage, alteration or destruction. We restrict access to Personal Information and authorize access only for those who have a business need. We take our obligation to protect the Personal Information that We process seriously; however, no security program is foolproof and We cannot guarantee that our safeguards will prevent every unauthorized attempt to access, use, or disclose Personal Information or the accidental loss, damage, alteration or destruction of Personal Information.

Our website is currently hosted on the Vercel platform. The information You disclose in the Services may be stored and processed through this provider's data storage, databases and the general applications, and through other third party data storage providers. Your data will be stored on secure servers behind a firewall.

All of the payment platforms and gateways used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

12 How Long We Keep Personal Information

We will keep Your Personal Information while You have an account with Us or while We are providing Services to You.

If You deactivate Your account with Us our policy is to remove other Members' access to the communications You have made to other Members within approximately 48 hours, and to purge all of Your communications to other Members from the electronic systems in our possession or control within approximately 30 days.

We have no ability to track, remove or delete Your information that is contained in other Members' communications.

In any event, however, We may keep Your information for as long as is necessary:

We will not retain Your Personal Information for longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy. When it is no longer reasonably necessary to retain Your Personal Information, We will delete or anonymize it.

13 Your Choices Regarding Personal Information

Some US states provide their residents with state-specific privacy rights that may vary from, or be in addition to, our general Privacy Policy provisions. Some of these state laws apply to PrayCrew and some do not.

The rights below apply to our use and disclosure of Your information to the extent they are required by applicable state law based on Your residency with an applicable state.

Non-Discrimination

Unless permitted by applicable law, We will not unlawfully discriminate against You for exercising Your privacy rights, including by taking any of the following actions:

Opt-Out Rights

Sharing With Third Parties for Marketing. We do not share Your Personal Information with third parties for marketing purposes unless You specifically authorize Us to do so. If You have previously consented to such sharing, You may request that We no longer sell or share Your Personal Information with third parties for marketing and promotions purposes, including, without limitation, for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Our Marketing Communications. You may opt out of our communications that are only for the purpose of marketing and promotions.

Certain Types of Marketing. We do not share Your Personal Information with third parties for marketing purposes unless You specifically authorize Us to do so. If You have previously consented to such sharing, You may request that We no longer use, sell or share Your Personal Information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising, or for certain targeted advertising or profiling activities.

Certain Communication Opt-Out Options:

Sensitive Personal Information

The definition of "Sensitive Personal Information" varies among states but generally means Personal Information that requires higher levels of protection because it includes details that, if exposed, could lead to serious consequences such as identity theft, cyberstalking or discrimination.

Examples of Sensitive Personal Information include: Social Security numbers, identification information, account log-ins, financial account information, numbers and access codes, and citizenship and immigration status.

We do not knowingly collect Sensitive Personal Information except for credit card or other financial information You use to pay for Services, if applicable.

By using the Services You have given Us consent, or "Opted-In" to our use of such limited Sensitive Personal Information as permitted by applicable law. You may withdraw consent for the use of Your Sensitive Personal Information, however, doing so will likely prevent Us from providing the Services. You will not be entitled to refunds for purchases of the Services by withdrawing consent for our use of Sensitive Personal Information.

Do-Not-Track Signals

Some browsers have a "do not track" feature that allows You to tell websites that You do not want to have Your online activities tracked. Our Services do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

Access and Updates to Your Information

Customers with registered PrayCrew accounts can access, update and/or correct account information online by signing in to their account(s) or by contacting Us as provided below.

If You don't have an account You may request that We confirm We have Your Personal Information, and to access, update and/or correct inaccuracies by contacting Us as provided below.

Obtaining Copies of Your Information

Registered account holders may access their Personal Information in their online account. You may also request that We provide You a copy of Your Personal Information in our possession and/or control. We will provide Your Personal Information in a portable and usable format that allows You to transfer data easily to another entity if it is feasible for Us to do so.

Deactivation of Your Account

If You choose to deactivate Your account, We restrict access to and ultimately delete Your account information as described in Section 12, above.

If You deactivate Your account, You may no longer be able to access any of the information associated with that account including information You provided through associated applications or other Services.

To deactivate Your account, You may contact Us as provided below.

Deletion of Your Information

You have the right to request that We delete any of Your Personal Information in our and our Affiliates' possession and control. However, We will not delete information except as required by law. In most circumstances We are not required to delete Personal Information if it is reasonably necessary for Us to maintain it for a variety of business and regulatory purposes.

Our Continuing Rights

In any event, We and our Affiliates may still retain Personal Information to the extent allowed by law and contact You for non-marketing purposes related to Your use of the Services.

How to Exercise Your Privacy Rights

You may exercise any rights You may have described above through the online Opt-out and other selection tools We provide You, through Your normal account access (such as to update Your contact information), and by contacting Us through the contact details provided below.

You may also submit requests to opt-out of tracking for targeted advertising purposes by visiting the "Manage Cookies" or "Privacy Settings" link in the footer of our websites.

In order to protect Your Personal Information, We will not respond to any request if We are unable to verify Your identity and confirm the Personal Information in our possession relates to You. If You do not have an account with us, or if We believe Your account may have been accessed without Your authorization, We may ask You to provide additional Personal Information for verification. We may also require that You confirm certain pieces of Personal Information that We have on file and/or log into Your account. If We are unable to confirm Your identity We may refuse Your request.

You may authorize another individual or a business registered with Your state's Secretary of State to make requests on Your behalf. We require that You and the individual complete notarized affidavits in order to verify the identity of the authorized agent and confirm that You have authorized them to act on Your behalf. Parents of minor children may submit a birth certificate of the child in lieu of an affidavit, in order to make requests on the child's behalf.

We will respond to Your request within the time required by applicable law. If We need more time, We will explain the reasons why and how much more time We need. If We deny a request, We will explain the reasons why. We may charge a fee for or refuse requests that are clearly unfounded or excessive and in all other cases as permitted by the applicable law. In either case, We will communicate our choices and explain the reasons behind them.

If We decline Your request to exercise Your rights above, You may ask Us to reconsider in writing to the contact information provided below. We will inform You in writing of any action taken or not taken in response to Your appeal with a written explanation of the reasons.
